- I have been involved with sewing and embroidery from a young age. After teaching various sewing, quilting and craft classes over a number of years, I became interested in working with machine embroidery in 1995. The journey began with the Brother P.E. Design 100 embroidery machine. The only way to digitize your own embroidery designs back in those days was with the P.E. Design scan software, which was soon (thank goodness), superceded by P.E. Design version 1.
