Our family, left Australia back in '97 for a 6 month stay in Bangkok and just never went back, the thrill of living in a new country is too exciting to describe, we moved on to Italy in '98, a short stint in the south of France then on to New York in '99, then unanimously we decided to base ourselves in bella Roma in 2000 - a decision we don't regret, what a city, what a country!!

Take 1 Montenegrin Father and 1 Irish Mother and blend very well. When creamy, incorporate 12 years of Croatia, 9 years of USA (a dash of NY and a pinch of Miami) and a good dose of Italy. For me a mix of Venice, Sorrento and Rome works very well. While mixing all ingredients together, do not forget to fold in tons of energy, love of travel and the right combination of five languages.
