Description
In 1990, a shortcoming was identified in the market for a simple, reliable, efficient, low cost control valve. FLOVAL commenced, designed and manufacture of a Multiple Functional Control (MFC) valve. The MFC valves were tested by the SABS for operation, reliability and durability. The FLOVAL MFC valves obtained JASWIC approval in 1995 after testing a valve diaphragm 30 000 cycles. An extended life cycle test was concluded after 555 047 cycled failed to damage the diaphragm. Since then, we have always strived to be leaders in the market place.
The Floval MFC valve is a single diaphragm hydraulically operated valve with no mechanical moving parts. The valve is multi functional because it can be used on numerous applications, depending on the valve trim configuration.
FLOVAL has sold nearly 3 000 Floval valves since 1995 to various companies and valve distributors and we are proud to announce that we have had zero valve failures to date.
