The origins of Flintec can be traced back to the 1960's. It began by designing high precision load cells for applications in the weighing scale market including many diverse heavy industries. It will always pride itself on finding solutions to technical problems others in the load cell industry simply cannot address. Today, Flintec is supplying a growing client base with truly innovative products and solutions to force measurement problems via a network of 9 sales and distribution companies.
Flintec consists of two major manufacturing facilities based in Sri Lanka, and design facilities in USA, UK, Sweden and Sri Lanka. Sales and distribution is handled by a network of Flintec companies in USA, Germany, UK, Sweden, China, India, France, Brazil and Sri Lanka.
