- Fleur De Lis Photography is a result of over 35 years of my love of photography. I started in photography due to my need to pass art class in high school. I was not doing well with art because I was not into it at all. My teacher finally suggested that I go out and take pictures of anything I liked and he would use it for my final grade. I went out and took photographs of downtown buildings. As a result, my photographs were selected to be displayed in city hall as a show of the city's buildings history. That is how I started, and have not stopped taking pictures since.
