Fjell International is an IT Project Management company. As there are thousands of IT consultancy companies an important question is: What makes us different?
In the first place we love demanding tasks; we start to enjoy our work where others give up. We prefer challenging projects. We call that Executive Project Management. Our services include consultancy, project management and coaching. Because of the level of challenge our consultants consider projects as their personal responsibility, and will take pride in preventing problems before they become problems.
Secondly we are very well aware of the role culture plays in business cultures around the globe. Fjell has a lot of experience in working at international projects and we are collecting, researching, and producing information about business cultures worldwide.
