Fitzrovia is located in Central London W1 and is just north of Soho, sometimes known as Noho. Straddled between the boroughs of Camden and Westminster it is being hailed as the 'new' Notting Hill but with having the advantage of being just a stone's throw from the West End. Duchess House is a new development of luxury apartments in Warren Street, at the heart of Fitzrovia, close to the famous Charlotte Street and Fitzroy Square.
