- I started in 1986 as an aerobic instructor, instructor trainer and industry consultant while running a privately owned aerobic studio. I bought that establishment in 1992 and launched FIT BODIES INC. AEROBIC STUDIO AND INSTRUCTOR TRAINING CENTER. At the same time, I produced an exercise TV show called FIT BODIES in which I teach multiple formats of classes that is still on the air today. I worked on corporate programs such as Cinergy, Cincinnati's Gas and Electric Company, setting up programs, teaching classes and training instructors. I also conducted seminars on exercise and nutrition. I am a certified group instructor with ACE and AFAA, and AIFE and ISCA kickboxing and personal trainer, a certified ACE and AIFE personal trainer, a Johnny G spinning instructor, certified in pilates, a Promise Trainer, and trained to teach everything including yoga and aqua.
