Fisher Baker Corporation was formed in 1972 as Roberts Industries. During 1986, Roberts Industries bought out the Coil Winding Division of Essex International (formerly Leesona Corporation). A Florida Corporation was formed for the purpose of developing and making new equipment. We changed the name of our company to Fisher Baker Corporation in an effort to help establish the Florida Company as a established coil winding business. During the summer of 2000 the Florida Corporation was dissolved.
