Fish Flies will not sell, lease, rent or otherwise distribute your personal information to a third party for any purpose unless authorized by you. Information you provide when ordering is used to process your order and to correspond with you; we do not send unsolicited advertising material. Fish Flies web site contains links to other sites; Fish Flies is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such linked sites.
Any item (except special order items, opened packages) may be returned for full credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt if returned to us in as new condition . For a full refund to apply the item itself, all packaging, manuals and original accessories must not be marked or damaged in any way. Items that are not in as-new condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee. You MUST contact us for a Return Authorization Number (see below) within the 30 days. Any refund will not include shipping charges, and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
