FishCraft is a product of a family fishing passion.
We all love The River and Fishing. We had a really neat aluminum drift boat but my wife, Jeni, and my boys, Justin and Austin, were a little nervous going into bigger water. I also was reluctant to try newer stretches of water because I was worried about wrecking the drift boat. So we agreed to start looking for an inflatable raft or cataraft solution to a fishing rig. In the end I really wasn't happy with anything out there so we decided to design our own boat.
In our search the boys and I met a wonderful man named Jack Jermain of The Fishin Hole in Shady Cove, right on the Rogue River in southern Oregon. He helped us get our first inflatable and has since become quite a great friend.
We then designed a very functional solid fishing floor set up for inflatables that gives you the ability to fish from them just like a hard drift boat. After we had the first one done, it sold, and we began to build another, and yet another.
