In the early years the company provided service to the new construction market, being Florida State certified in both air conditioning (CACO11453) and plumbing (CFC22605). In the mid eighties the direction of the company changed, moving away from the new construction market and towards the service sector of the industry. In 1986, General Electric appointed First Class to be their service provider for the air conditioners and hot water heaters.
