First Asian Church: Home
Description

- The Beginnings
- The First Asian Church began in 1989 as a small group of families that met in a home on a weekly basis. We worshipped on Sunday evenings and God was pleased with our effort and devotion, and blessed us conspicuously. As time went on, the church grew in strength & number. By the year 1991, we had around 35 members, and it became increasingly difficult to meet in peoples' homes. At this time, God led us to the Christ Community Church, who opened their doors to us. The Almighty works in unique and inapprehensible ways for His people. We started meeting in this church as a much bigger and stronger group, and there was no turning back. Today, we are continuously growing, and many non-Christians have been baptized in our community. People from the Asian sub-continent form the majority of our church congregation. The First Asian Church invites anyone and everyone who comes to the Lord in faith and a repenting heart. We also have a few non-Christian families that visit us regularly and are part of our congregation. We now meet on Sunday evenings at 4:30 pm, at the Christ Community Church.
