since 1956 and taught electronics/communication in the U.S. Navy. Norm is married to Julie and they have two children which they home school. Norm enjoys playing the guitar, fiddle, viola and mandolin in the praise and worship team at Grace Baptist Church.
Fine Tuning is actively involved in several "car care" ministries and one food delivery ministry. The food ministry is every first Saturday of the month at Grace Baptist Church in Grantsburg. It is called "Feed My Sheep". The car care ministry is every third Saturday of the month also through Grace Baptist Church. It is called "Grace Garage". We serve anyone with incomes at or below the $11/hour guideline. We perform inspections, oil changes, and primarily safety issue repairs from 8am to noon while the recipients are given a short course on budgeting and a noon meal.
