So we now feel that we are uniquely placed to tackle the big issue in constrained appliances - complexity - and subsequently make portable technology usable. Fig Labs aims to cover complexity in terms of both hiding portable computing complexity from the end-user and dealing with it on behalf of the Industry, so companies have a specialist to turn to.

Mark is a recognised expert in the field of mobile connectivity, constrained devices and data synchronisation with over twenty years of software experience. Mark has considerable experience in developing innovative mobile middleware, refining concepts, setting strategic direction, design, implementation and product release. Mark founded Intuwave, the Smartphone specialist that built and licensed mRouter to Symbian. As CTO, Mark was responsible for the strategic development of Intuwave's core technology platform, MRIX; a tool that simplified the Smartphone innovation process for a broad spectrum of creative developers. Mark is a Sales and Marketing Professional with a successful track record that spans over twenty years, fifteen of them within the Mobile Industry. He has a broad product and market knowledge that includes mobile devices, network security and software. He has in-depth experience directing large Sales and Marketing teams, developing strategic account relationships and bringing new products into both domestic and International markets. Mark was Business Development Director at Intuwave where he successfully introduced MRIX to the Commercial Software Developers.
