- began as a committee of friends in 1995 when a group of young African professionals met together and decided among themselves to form an organization that will help the teaming less privileged and malnourished children in Africa. It further broadened its scope to include joining hands with several government agencies and other organizations in the fight to eradicate HIV/AID'S and other killer diseases in Africa and also contributing to the economic revival and utilization of abundant manpower and natural resources in Africa.
