Federal Fabrics-Fibers / Advanced Air Beam Structures and Self Erecting Soft Shelters
Description
pulled from site's meta descriptionFederal Fabrics-Fibers Inc (FFF) is a Research and Development (R&D) company established in 1993 by Bracha and Zvi Horovitz to serve the US Government in various fiber related technologies. It's customer base includes NASA, Dept. of Energy, US Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, DARPA and the Special Operation Command. FFF's 20 employees include scientist, engineers and technicians. We design and build sophisticated equipment to produce net shape three dimension fabrics. The three dimension fabrics are seamless, and used to encapsulate fluids under pressure, and to protect an individual. Some of the successful R&D projects have transitioned to production and FFF received the 1999 Vice President Al Gore Hammer award for technology transition and the Army 1999 SBIR Phase II Quality Award. While most of FFF current effort is in CAD/CAM machine and process design, the products produced by this technologies fulfills a wide range of applications.
