Feathered Fotos was created in 2002 by Garth McElroy in order to have a medium for exhibiting his distinctive and striking avian images. All these images were photographed by Garth in a natural setting and each one depicts wild birds displaying natural behaviors. These pictures were made with hopes that others will enjoy the beauty that nature sets forth for us on a daily basis and gain an appreciation for the diversity of species in our own backyards. Birds are undeniably extraordinary with their gorgeous plumage colors and their unmatched musical songs. Although birds are the main subjects here, respect and tolerance for all nature's mysterious wonders is vital to the success of conservation and management efforts.
