Description
Family Treasure Video was founded by its current owner, Tom McLellan. Tom, and his wife Dee, are very involved with their 2 children, and enjoy spending time together as a family.
Tom formerly owned a lighting company in the Minneapolis area with his brother. He was employed there for 20 years, 10 of which he was an owner.
In the mid 90's, he produced a video for Dee that told her life story. Although this was made with very few technological resources, it lit a spark of interest. Tom then produced a video for his father's 70th birthday, followed by a production for his parents' 50th anniversary. Six months later, January 1st, 2002, he decided to pursue this career full time, and sold his interest in the lighting business.
