AboutUs and fair use

AboutUs considers the following two uses of site content to be fair use:

  • AboutUs excerpts a small amount of text from the "About", "About Us" or Main page of a website for the purpose of identifying certain websites so that it's users may review and organize information about websites.
  • AboutUs links to some websites via a very low resolution Thumbnail image of the site. The thumbnail acts as a visual navigational aid for users and cannot be viewed at a high enough resolution to act as a substitute for the original content.
