When it was launched in May 2004, it had only limited content, no outdoor activity centres or users registered. Since then the team has focused hard on marketing the site and getting it recognised in the UK's outdoor activity community.
Entrepreneur Debbie Jackman (previously Downes) is the proprietor and founder of Factivities.co.uk. Her passion for the outdoors inspired her to launch the UK's outdoor activity directory business following her career within the Oil and Gas Industry.
