Due to the low life spammers I have shutoff submitting news and comments by unregistered guests. I hate to penalize the ones that take time to submit their articles and resources, but, unfortunately the low life spammers ruined it.
This will be temporary until I can add a moderation system to put the low life spammers posts in the bin automatically.
To the low life spammers that read this it is because of you that sites like this can no longer allow people to interact. Low life spammers have ruined it for all of us.
