- Bob is a serial entrepreneur with over thirty-five years of business and information technology experience. After holding a variety of technical and managerial positions in and out of government, Bob launched his first company, Business Network Systems (BizNet). In 1989, BizNet merged with Hycor Systems and Bob moved on to his next venture - working with Dr. David Stang to help build the National Computer Security Association into a world-class membership organization. As President and COO of NCSA, he helped grow the organization, now known as TruSecure Corporation, to over 100 employees. He left in 1998 to pursue other business interests, including the formation of PestPatrol, Inc. in June 2000. Bales managed the growth of PestPatrol to 72 employees, a revenue run rate of $16M, and oversaw the sale of PestPatrol to Computer Associates in August 2004.
