For Callback Service: For cell phone users with unlimited incoming plan - You will dial the provided access number, you will receive a busy tone, hang-up as soon as you hear the busy signal and wait for the call back. Once you receive the call back, answer it and you will receive a dial tone, enter the phone number that you wish to call. Wait for evoiphone to connect the call for you. Now it is an incoming call for you and the party that you wish to call. (NOTE: DO NOT PRESS THE SEND OR # KEY OF YOUR CELL PHONE AFTER YOU DIAL THE NUMBER THAT YOU WISH TO CALL)
For Dialthrough/Callthrough Service: For cell phone users with 5 or more numbers of free unlimited calling, outgoing/incoming calls plans (ex. MY5, Fab five, MyFive, MyFav and student plans from Bell, Rogers, Fido, Telus, Koodo, Solo, Virgin or home phone), from their cell phone providers - Assign the provided access number as one of your free outgoing/incoming call to your cell phone provider. Once it is assigned, dial the provided access number, you will receive a dial tone, enter the number that you wish to call. Wait for evoiphone to connect the call for you.
