About Us
Evening Song is an auditioned choir from the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex area. They are best known for a beautifully blended, pure sound that is reminiscent of British choral groups.
Evening Song formed in 1996 as part of a CD recording project, and remained together as a non-profit performing group. Their first CD release, I Stand All Amazed, is an inspirational collection of hymn arrangements and original compositions. Their second CD, On the Way to Bethlehem, is an uplifting collection of songs for the Christmas season. Their latest CD, Nearer My God to Thee, is a compilation of music performed during the 2003-2004 seasons.
As a performing choir, Evening Song has entertained audiences throughout the Metroplex, including performances at the Meyerson Symphony Center, the Bass Performance Hall, SMU Mc Farlin Auditorium, JFK Auditorium, Southfork Ranch and many Churches throughout the Metroplex, NE Texas and Virginia.
