Description

The purpose of this web page is to bring an awareness of the Fellowship of Narcotics Anonymous to the community. We hope to create an understanding of our fellowship so that you feel our program may be of benefit to you, or the people you care about. In this you will know how to contact us for further information. Narcotics Anonymous is a non-profit fellowship of men and women for whom drugs have become a problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. Our fellowship is concerned with the disease of addiction and recovery from that disease; the drug (or drugs) of choice is unimportant.

Narcotics Anonymous is a world-wide fellowship made up of groups that form areas and in turn form regions. This site belongs to the groups that are part of the Eugene Area. The Eugene Area’s geographic location is all of Lane County. We are part of the Pacific Cascade Region which is Oregon and a small part of northern California. There are thirty plus meetings in the Eugene Area in the cities of Eugene, Springfield, Cottage Grove, Creswell and Florence.

Our primary purpose is to carry the message of recovery to the addict who still suffers. In order to achieve this we maintain a 24-hour helpline that volunteers operate to answer questions and help addicts find meetings. That number is (541) 729-0080. We may also be reached at EASC PO Box 262 Eugene, OR 97440.
