Our original organization, Ethos Group, Inc., is a privately-held company formed in October of 1996. It was founded by a group of hard-working like-minded industry veterans who joined together to create an organization dedicated to providing world-class service and products to the automotive dealership industry. Subsequent to Ethos Group’s establishment, a number of purpose-driven subsidiary companies were formed and now provide the nucleus of the Ethos organization.
