Our Policies
Placing orders via our website is preferred, otherwise by phone, fax or e-mail. Orders are usually turned around in 4-5 working days. We are a small family business and we are not always at the showroom. Please do not visit without an appointment so as to avoid disappointment. We will dispatch goods that are in stock at the time and do not backorder. Please advise if you need your order in a screaming hurry and we will do our best to help. We will not dispatch goods that are not paid for so please have your credit card ready if you need urgent service.
Prices change regularly, so if the price is hugely important please check with us at time of ordering, if ordering via phone or fax.
All goods must be paid for prior to despatch. We accept mastercard, visa, bankcard, cheque or cash. If paying by phone you must provide the unique 3 digit code on the back of the credit card. We do not send statements, please pay on the invoice.
