Employee Resources Credit Union was originally chartered in March, 1964 as Murray Ohio Savings Association Credit Union by seven charter members. These seven charter members had a vision of forming a convenient place for members to save and borrow money. Each member was required to pay an entrance fee of 25 cents and the unsecured loan limit could not exceed $200.00. In September, 1995 the credit union changed its name to Murray Credit Union.
