Daytona Beach, FL -- November 18, 2005 -- Equivity, LLC. -a leading web presence provider, today announced it has merged with three other locally owned and operated hosting companies within the Daytona Beach, Florida area. Terms of the merger were not disclosed. The Merger between the three companies will allow for the increased expansion of the Web Services department.

"These companies are a perfect match for each other." said Chris Baker, Equivity's Chief Executive Officer. "Equivity was able to build a successful presence by providing a great product and outstanding customer service. With this merger we will be able to continue our growth while we increase the services we offer and enhance our support department."

Equivity will remain the parent company while the hosting division of Equivity will change its name to PlanetHTTP. Chris Baker will remain the Chief Executive Office while Paul Conrad has been named Chief Technology Office, Jackson Reese has been named the Vice President of Sales and Alex Lynch was named the Vice President of Web Services.
