Western Canada’s first manufacturer of vinyl windows, Equibuilt originally sold product throughout Alberta and the Northwest Territories. Subsequent years saw expansion into Saskatchewan as well as sales in Alaska, Hawaii and many parts of the northwestern United States. The company’s reputation for high quality and exceptional service owes much to the commitment of Edwin Kittlitz, who purchased the company in 1986 and continued to run the business with son Rod until earlier this year.
