Our approach within the equity and mezzanine funds is to acquire or finance high-quality, market-leading, medium-sized companies in growing industries in Northern Europe with a potential for top-line growth and to contribute to their industrial acceleration. Within special situations we focus on applying the industrial acceleration approach to companies which have a sound underlying business and a clear value creation potential, but which face problems requiring special expertise to resolve.
