For as long as I can remember, I have had a fascination with yoga, and the endless benefits it has to offer the body, mind, and spirit. Being a massage therapist, I have gotten great gratification knowing I am able to assist people with their physical ailments, many caused by simple stress. I began teaching yoga so that as well as helping others, I could teach them ways to help themselves. I am so pleased when my students tell me how much better they are able to deal with everyday stresses and anxieties. They also quite often report an overall improvement in their physical and mental health. I have studied various styles of hatha yoga, including Iyengar and Sivananda. I plan to continue my education in Yoga indefinitely. I am a certified yoga teacher and am registered with Yoga Alliance.
My teachings have included private entities as well as studios, fitness centers and doctors offices. I work closely with many other yoga teachers, which enhances the teachings of all involved.
