So, as mentioned earlier, my primary desktop is now running Windows Server 2003. As yet, everything's been running fine, but I've had an annoying cosmetic bug when playing Half-Life 2, my "graphics benchmark" du jour. The game itself runs great, but the opening Valve logo doesn't display. It's obviously a missing codec, as the audio portion is fine. (Besides, it mentions "Cannot find vids:cvid decompressor." As error messages go, this one's pretty clear.)
