Empire Gym has been owned and managed for the past 10 years by Shane & Julie Allison. Both are qualified instructors with extensive industry experience.
Shane is a regional / state bodybuilding competitor, who has been instructing for around 14 years. Julie is also a regional / state bodybuilding competitor, whose father owned a Melbourne-based fitness centre for nearly 3 decades, has been a part of the industry for over 9 years.
Shane and Julie prefer to take a "hands-on" approach to centre management, and are personally invested in the progress of each and every client.
