Educated at Alaska Pacific University and Portland State University, Ms. Boyles has spent over 20 years in non-profit management in the Northwestern United States and serves on several non-profit boards in the Portland Metro area. Her passion is to direct organizations to run more efficiently by identifying new fiscal resources to bring to the Portland area and to better utilize local workforce initiatives.
