EMG Holdings Limited was formed in June 1999 with the intention of taking control of the Cambridge Customer Marketing area (CMA).
On 9 th December 1999 the EMG Group commenced trading at the Ford Dealerships at Bury St. Edmunds, Thetford and Spalding which were acquired from R.C.Edmondson Limited.
During February 2000 Cambridge and Ely were purchased from City Ford and the CMA was completed in February 2001 when the Haverhill Dealership was opened.
