Emfa is situated at the heart of İstanbul, 9 kilometres from the centre of the city and 8 kilometres from İstanbul Atatürk airport.
Established in 1958, Emfa started producing plugs, sockets and a variety of circuit breakers until the 80’s. Starting in 1984, Emfa has put an emphasis in the production of lighting fixtures and has become the first manufacturer of decorative fixtures in Turkey. In the following years, Emfa has increased it product range and besides thermoplastic fixtures, has developed new products using thermosetting materials and die cast aluminium. Since 1990, Emfa exports to countries all around the world and attends various local and international fairs and exhibitions. Emfa’s exports; 80% European Countries, 20% Middle East and Far East Countries. For export to Europe and North America countries needs High quality and competitively priced.
Today Emfa uses innovative technology in production and electronics, follows the latest innovations, such as the LED Lighting Technology and will continue research and development in the area of architectural lighting.
