About EmBossedGraphics.com

Embossed Graphics is a suburban Chicago business in its third generation of family ownership. Stanley Pauling started the company in 1958 as a printing supplies company named Anchor Supply Company. In 1962 Mr. Pauling partnered with a German engineer named Jens Scheel in the design of a photo-engraving machine, the Electronic Tracer, and renamed the company Plasti-Graphic Supply. The new machine scanned photographs and made plastic engraving plates instead of the traditional metal plates.
