lmer Schultz, an electrician by trade, founded the company. During the Second World War, he served in the Army Air Corps. After the Second World War, Elmer worked nights at the Budd Company in Philadelphia as an electrician and during the day he started his one-man electrical business. The business grew slowly and as it did, he added employees into the 1950's. Today the company operates in three locations: Philadelphia, PA, Wilmington, DE, and Pleasantville, NJ.
