Description
is a non-profit membership organization dedicated to making our community a fun, vibrant, and safe place for residents and visitors alike.
The Association was founded more than 50 years ago. Though we're really not sure of the exact date, we do know that over the years the Association has evolved and changed with the South End, while always staying true to its original purpose.
Today, The Ellis is a strong contributor to the neighborhood. Our outreach supports many important community organizations including South End Baseball, Project Place, The Ellis Memorial, and The Community Music Center. What's more, our social events, such as New Member Parties, Wine, and Book Groups, and our Annual Ellis Evening Gala provide an excellent chance to meet neighbors and make new friends.
