eliteFITcoach, LLC was founded in 1997 when Kim Morrow retired from her career as a Professional Athlete, having competed as a triathlete and cyclist. Although she still competes on a part-time basis, Kim has the desire to use her 20 years of experience in the fitness and sports performance profession to help other athletes and fitness clients reach their goals, and improve their quality of life.
We desire to make the coaching process enjoyable and are committed to providing an exceptional and caring service to every client. Each of our coaches are distinguished in their field and are certified endurance sports coaching professionals. We recognize that most of our clients have busy lives. Therefore, we strive to help them fit this training in with their other important commitments in life.
Kim is a Professional Cycling Coach, Triathlon Coach, Multisport Coach and Fitness Coach with extensive experience as an endurance athlete at the elite level. She has been a Professional Cyclist and Triathlete, a 3-time U.S. Olympic Trials cycling competitor (finishing 7th in 2000) and was a consistent top 10 finisher in major U.S. stage races and road races during her racing career. Kim is also a 4-time United States Master's National Road Race Champion and a Master's World Champion. Kim has 20 years of experience as a Professional Coach! Prior to her career as an endurance athlete, she spent over 10 years as a competitive tennis player, including playing at Georgia Southern University, teaching as a Tennis Professional, and serving as a collegiate head coach. She currently enjoys working with cyclists and endurance athletes of all ability levels, from amateurs to professionals. For the past several years, Kim has competed with her teammates in a number of sprint adventure races. During the 2006 season, she is competing in Xterra races, off road duathlons, as well as team sprint Adventure races.
