Andrea Correale started Elegant Affairs with the notion that she could provide top-shelf food and fabulous party planning better than anyone working in her field today. She started in a small kitchen space, just enough to make her mouth-watering menus and soon, she was buying and gutting an old plumbing warehouse to hold her staff of 40, a large culinary kitchen with walk-in freezers and enough space to welcome clients for tastings.
