Eastern Indiana Development District is the five counties of Henry, Randolph, Rush, Union, and Wayne. EIDD is recognized by both State Indiana and EDA as an economic development district. The I-70 corridor through the region is recognized as a common economic development tool. EIDD provides technical assistance to local governments and organizations for planning and implemnting development projects.
