EggTech Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is the first manufacturer of pasteurized egg products in Malaysia. Its plant was commissioned in October 2000, and situated in an industrial area in Sungai Buloh. This plant is technology intensive and utilizes an imported and advanced Pasteurized Egg Products production system from SANOVO Denmark. The capacity of this facility is 1,000 kg per hour; with a maximum capacity of 240 tons per month.
At present, our company has a workforce of 16 people who supervises the processing of over 120,000 eggs into liquid egg products on a daily basis. The main volume of production is marketed domestically and distributed throughout Malaysia. The products are also being exported, and this ensures full utilization of the factory's total capacity.
Our company has official approval to use the veterinary logo- this was granted by the local authorities in November 2001. An application for the same from the Agri Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore is being processed and currently subject to conditional approval.
