Education Illustrated is a staff development and training company dedicated to modeling best practice in the field of teaching and learning. Our goal is to accomplish this by "practicing what we preach" through our workshops, trainings, and staff development sessions. We believe it is extremely important to find innovative ways to maximize the impact educators have on learners. Whether through supportive and creative products, newly researched workshops and techniques, or going above and beyond to exceed the expectations of educators, we dedicate ourselves to maintaining the growth and flexibility required in the ever changing field of teaching and learning.

Dr. Rich Allen and Duke Kelly are the founders (President and C.E.O., respectively) of Education Illustrated LLC. Their former companies, Impact Learning, Inc. and Calculated Success, Inc. have become known as powerful forces in the field of effective teaching and training. the skills, talents, and resources of these two companies have combined to form this new and exciting company. For those of you who have gotten to know Impact Learning and/or Calculated Success (they have been often inseparable, anyway) and grown accustomed to their high quality, engaging workshops...fear not! These two individuals bring this same high-energy, humorous style to Education Illustrated...you may even see this amplified!
