Since 1991, the mission of Real Estate of Edenton Bay has been to provide full, professional service to the public. Real Estate of Edenton Bay has been involved in approximately one-third of all real estate sales in Chowan County, either as the listing or selling agent. Our company lists and sells residential, commercial, waterfront and farm properties and also provides property management services.
April Lane is the owner and broker in charge of Real Estate of Edenton Bay. She has been in the real estate business for more than twenty years. She has served as President of the Albemarle Association of Realtors, chairman of the Ethics Committee, received the Realtor of the Year Award, and taught real estate at College of The Albemarle. April moved to Edenton with her family in 1972. She states that she has felt most fortunate to live and rear her family in such a special and beautiful community
Sales Associate Barbara Bryant has been selling real estate full time for fifteen years. She is an active member of the Albemarle Area Association of Realtors® and a past President of local civic groups.
