EDC was incorporated in 1990 as a Virginia-based general contracting and construction management firm. Initially, EDC’s General Contracting group focused on providing interior contracting services. Repeated requests from clients for “out-of-the-ground” construction led us to expand our focus as well as expand our market geographically.
