- EDcetera will accept the return of goods up to 30 days after they were received. All returns require preapproval from our customer service department. The approval number must be written on the outside of each box.Please include a copy of the original invoice. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the consumer, and items must arrive in good condition. If the return is our error, or if the merchandise arrived defective, EDcetera will pay for the return shipping expenses. The original freight charge is not refunded unless you received the merchandise as a result of an EDcetera error. Credits to credit cards will only be made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase and only to the original purchaser.
