Description
These have been eventful days for everyone involved with Eatdrinksleep. We have long wanted to build something similar to the Griffin in Cornwall and we have finally found what we hope is the right place. More on this below.
The Griffin continues to astonish us with its capacity to attract people from near and far. We’d like to take the opportunity to thank those from “near” who keep supporting us, whether drinking or eating. Our locals are the lifeblood of the Griffin and, in many respects, our raison d’être.
With Charles spending part of his time applying his colour code chart to the walls of our new Cornish site, we are delighted that Julie Bell has arrived from the Michelin starred Shanks restaurant to run the Griffin.
